Industry Music & Skate is a great skate Skateshop in Lewisburg, PA. Over the course of the last couple years I've had the pleasure of getting know the owner Kurt Iobust. Kurt is not just a skateboarder but also a school teacher and a family man. As Industry started taking off Kurt made a decision to leave his carreer as a teacher, but to maintain his positve relationship with his students by running Industry full time. As great of a shop as this is, Lewisburg is a small town which makes running any business tough.

The was a recent email I received from Ben Jones. If you don't know Ben, he is one of the owners of Kinetic Skateshop in Wilmington, DE. Ben is also a skateboarder, and a great friend of Green.

"Friends,
As you may know for the last 5 years I have been working to try and make a public skatepark in Wilmington a reality. Well this is it. This Thursday Wilmington City Council will be voting on an ammendment to the capital budget to allocate $250000 for construction of the Wilmington Skate Project. This vote will determine whether or not we finally get this thing built. We are trying to pack the meeting to show how much support their is for this project. Please do everything you can to get down here on Thursday.
